Replacing a Damaged Area of Carpet

1. Nail a template, i.e. can lid or wood cutout, over damaged area. Leave nails sticking out.	2. With a razor blade, cut out carpet around template. Repeat first 2 steps for the new patch.
3. Clean loose fibers. Place double-sided tape halfway under carpet edges. Place glue on patch edges.	4. Press Patch in place. Place heavy object on patch overnight.
